I’m John French, a Product Design & UX Leader with over 15 years of experience delivering user-centered, accessible, and data-driven digital services. I’ve led multi-disciplinary teams across the public sector (VA, CMS, SSA, Library of Congress) and private sector, shaping everything from healthcare APIs to enterprise web platforms. With a foundation in web development and deep expertise in service design, I bridge the gap between technical complexity and human needs to create impactful, scalable solutions.
In my non-work life, I will talk to you for as long as you want about tennis, running, hiking, and playing music. Especially if we are sitting outside with an iced latè.
